I have an ongoing claim with the carpenters. I`ve been trying to get in touch with someone to talk about my case for over a week and I still haven`t been able to talk to anyone. When I directly recommended the carpenters, I thought they would have been a little better, but after reading the reviews of others, it seems that they ignore them all. They were very helpful in starting my claim, and now I can`t talk to anyone. I sent an email and called without a response. I wish I could give 0 stars. I say now, never use them. Certainly the least professional, dishonest and absolutely misleading law firms. I was involved in an incident and was asked to use it over a year ago.
For more than a year, they have been feeding me nothing but lies. They would tell me that no documents were sent to them if I have clear evidence that they were sent and also received by them! The constant promise to get a reminder after I call them tirelessly and called and waited for an answer. They didn`t call me back once. Every time I talked to them, I called them. The other party admitted full responsibility and even agreed on a settlement price, which we both agreed. STEPHEN HALL and JOANNE STONES then told me that my case would be resolved within 21 days. Well, that was almost a year ago. My case has now been sent to SAMANTHA MCNEICE, who has again fed me her lies. I have evidence that they lied to me, I also have evidence of what the other party really said and not what the carpenters told me. The carpenters have received payment from the other party and no longer answer my calls and if they decide to answer, they tell me that either a document has not been received or that the other party has made serious accusations against us.
This review is the only way to tell the carpenters that I am in the process of taking legal action against them, with a group of more than 13 people who were in the same position as me, who played and lied by the carpenters. I repeat, DO NOT go with this company. Just know if your own property, if your case is in the hands of carpenters, especially people like STEPHEN HALLS, JOANNE STONES and SAMANTHA MCNEICE, you might as well get by. You will not receive a response from them. Carpenter or jack-of-all-trades? I am also waiting to receive an update and billing of a non-culpable rta that I made from October 2020. We are now the Queen`s Jubilee in May 2022. I, too, would like to celebrate, because yes, it is an important date. However, carpenters forget about people who are exposed to unnecessary stress, prolong and retain information, the company is such a mess for all of you who walk in my place. I feel your dissatisfaction. I think it is time for us all to reach our full agreement. I would like to know if you have any living human employees working for your company and if they have a heart seed.
Absolute disorder! The lawyer who handles my case with the carpenters is slow and unprofessional. I had a car accident on August 15, 2021 and I am writing this review on December 27, 2021 and I have only received one email during this time. I haven`t even received a number, so I can contact the person who is my case manager. Whenever I try to contact the number on Google, no one answers. I wouldn`t recommend carpenter lawyers to anyone as they don`t respond and slow down their work. If I don`t get an answer in the next few days, I will take legal action.
