These departments typically include, in order of number of placements per year, our Tort, Labour and Employment, Special Federal Litigation, Family Court, General Litigation, Commercial and Real Estate Litigation, and Workers` Compensation departments. On occasion, we have placed an entry-level lawyer in our affirmative litigation, appellate litigation, environmental law, legal counsel, and tax and bankruptcy litigation departments.
