New Era Legal Services

The Legal Affairs Advocates of New Era University (LAAN) was founded in August 2015. LAAN is the core group of the Legal Aid Clinic, which is primarily dedicated to providing pro bono services to the community. The primary objective of the New Era University Legal Aid Clinic is to prepare and train qualified law students as articling students to practice law ethically and competently through supervised appearances before courts, tribunals and administrative authorities. The clinic aims to provide: Since its inception, the clinic has provided free legal aid to countless needy members of our community. He has also been instrumental in training experienced and socially engaged lawyers who graduated from New Era University College of Law. In the event of a potential dispute, more than one in two people search online for relevant information in order to know their rights. However, many are unfamiliar with legal language and are quickly dismayed by the complexity of the law. Seeking the help of a lawyer is an expensive solution. For professionals, the risks of doing business in a contentious climate are high. It is stressful for individuals to feel hurt, intimidated or exploited in an argument. When designing ELS@, we wanted to simplify things by creating legal articles and other documents that could be understood by everyone. As a legal services portal, ELS@ acts as a true “hub for your rights” with 24/7 access to information for a simple and affordable annual premium.

Interestingly, COVID-19 has shown that the monotonous, paper-heavy nature of practicing and discovering exercise during a pandemic is even more difficult and arduous. Civil litigation has stalled, not least because it is simply more difficult to process large documents in a virtual environment. However, there is a fundamental way to solve this problem and enter a new era of process practice. It`s as simple as that: we need to focus on customer service, predictability, and storytelling. We need to use what we`ve learned during COVID-19 to facilitate storytelling through technology, encourage lawyers to directly serve their clients` interests, and empower decision-makers to follow the process. If we can do these few simple things, we will have taken the first big step towards a fundamentally different and better legal system. In short, a new era. Other services include specialized e-reputation management, crisis communication and social media. No customer data is collected on the ELS@ site.

Having developed a keen interest in litigation, Joe helps Harry pursue and defend claims relating to a variety of commercial disputes, particularly for clients in the financial services industry. For years, if not decades, the legal industry has clung firmly to the status quo. Unrepentant adherence to procedures and a constant aversion to technology have led to one of the industries most directly affected by COVID-19. However, the legal industry also presents a unique blank canvas that is ripe for evolution and change. From the depths of legal tradition and a pandemic arises the opportunity to create a new and better foundation for our legal system. Fluid, malleable and adaptable.

But for this to work, mindsets need to adapt, take risks and avoid traditional methods. In short, we must usher in a new era. So where do you start? What about litigation? Domestically, we spend about $450 billion a year on legal services. More than half of these expenses are the result of litigation. And half of the litigation costs are spent on nothing more than the practice of movement and discovery. This means that the U.S. spends about $125 billion a year on procedural matters that have nothing to do with the heart of a dispute and, in most cases, unnecessarily prolongs a process in which no company or individual ever wants to participate. “Legal advice and assistance” means the procedure of giving advice and information on the resolution of a legal problem arising from a particular set of facts and the acceptance of appropriate legal remedies or remedies under the Act for the performance and performance of a legal obligation before a judicial or quasi-judicial body.

In short, legal advice only includes the provision of legal advice, while legal assistance includes the implementation of necessary legal remedies such as submitting letters of claim, affidavits, etc. Since the establishment of bar associations in the early twentieth century, states have adopted rules prohibiting unauthorized persons from providing legal services. This unauthorized exercise of legal standards has created a monopoly on legal services, which has driven up the price of using legal services to such an extent that a significant percentage of those who need these services cannot obtain them. Legal software has the potential to disrupt the legal services market and make them available to the mass market. However, for innovation and widespread use of legal software to gain ground, this unauthorized exercise of legal rules must be eliminated. In their place, various protections must be put in place by state and federal judicial agencies to ensure that consumers are protected after eliminating the unauthorized exercise of legal rules, including, but not limited to, the expansion of the current false advertising and misconduct law. With ELS@, clients have 24/7 access to legal information, experts and lawyers, as well as digital services to solve legal problems.
