Client Relationship Executive Legal and General

This is a wonderful opportunity to join our growing customer relationship leadership team. In this critical role, you will help Workplace Distribution and Operations provide high-quality service to a portfolio of strategic customers in the areas of own trust, MasterTrust and contract-based systems. You will make a difference by bringing your skills and personality to the position and ensuring the successful retention and growth of the defined contribution (DC) portfolio in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The position will be at home with the trip to the Cardiff office. LGIM manages fixed income, equities, multi-asset, liability-based investments, real estate and alternative solutions on behalf of its clients. Our clients worldwide include institutional pension funds, financial institutions, local authorities and sovereign wealth funds. Kristina St. Charles is Assistant General Counsel at LGIM America.

In this role, she provides legal advice and strategic expertise across all lines of business, with a focus on mutual fund structures and two main areas of strategy – equity index and private credit. In addition, she supports the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer on compliance and risk issues. Chris Wittemann is Responsible for Customer Strategy – Western Region at LGIM America. In his role, he ensures that the company`s solutions continue to successfully achieve clients` long-term goals. He also focuses on investment research and thought leadership to enhance LGIM America`s ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients in the future. Prior to joining LGIM America, Chris was a Senior Investment Consultant at Towers Watson, where he helped clients execute their investment strategy in context. Prior to joining Towers Watson, Chris worked at Gofen & Glossberg and Thomas White International.

Brian Schwartz is responsible for north american real estate debt at LGIM America. In his role, he is responsible for developing, structuring and implementing tailored solutions to achieve clients` goals and will contribute significantly to the growth of LGIM America`s global real estate business in the company`s target markets. Provide efficient and effective service to LGIM`s institutional client by supporting client managers and administrators in their client portfolio. Todd joined LGIM America in 2007 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2012. In 2017, Todd was appointed Head of Investment Change and Business Management and was responsible for collaborating portfolio management practices across all areas of investment, including governance and investment technology. Prior to joining LGIM America, Todd was Vice President at Northern Trust Co. and led the foreign exchange business for North American FX Desk. Previously, Todd led a team that worked closely with investment managers and custodians on behalf of institutional clients in Northern`s U.S.

investment outsourcing area and the Investment Manager Liaison Group. Todd held similar positions at Deutsche Bank AG/Bankers Trust before joining Northern Trust. Prior to joining LGIM America in 2021, Rob was Senior Vice President and Head of Distribution at Great West Investments. During his tenure, he led a team of professionals to facilitate the growth of new businesses and the provision of services in several industries. Prior to joining Great West Investments, Rob was a Managing Director and Head of Defined Contribution Advisory and Sub-Advisory Services at AQR Capital Management, where he built and led the firm`s entry and efforts in the defined contribution services industry and oversaw the existing sub-advisory distribution and relationship management businesses. Previously, Rob was Executive Vice President – Chief Retirement Officer at BNY Mellon Investment Management and Managing Director of Member Services at Putnam Investments. He began his career at Fidelity Investments. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our core client team and manage the relationships of over 250 clients with a range of assets under management. Prior to joining LGIM America in 2020, Kristina was Vice President at Sterling Partners, where she managed legal and compliance arrangements for a variety of strategies, including private equity, quantitative investments and venture capital, and supported portfolio companies as needed. Prior to joining Sterling Partners, she was a Director, Senior Counsel at Pine River Capital Management, L.P.

and a Partner in the Investment Products and Derivatives Group at Sidley Austin, LLP. Kristina is often quoted in industry and legal publications and articles. Prior to joining LGIM America in 2019, Nancy was Managing Director, Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Mesirow Financial, where she was responsible for marketing initiatives across more than 15 vertical business channels, marketing materials and corporate communications. She began her career at Brinson Partners/UBS Global Asset Management, where she was responsible for all marketing processes and operations for the Americas, including the global presentation system, budgeting systems, and legal marketing and compliance processes for institutional and wholesale companies. Donald Andrews is Responsible for Distribution and Customer Solutions at LGIM America. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the engagement of prospects, clients and advisors, developing and structuring bespoke investment solutions and product development. The Distribution and Customer Solutions group includes the Solutions Strategy, Customer Strategy, Assurance Strategy, Distribution, Marketing, Product and Business Management teams. Don is also a member of the Board of Directors of LGIM America. Chris Huff is Responsible for Customer Operations and Analytics at LGIM America.

In this role, he is responsible for the technology strategy and operational functions that support the company`s customer-centric activities, including service, investment performance and quantitative solutions. This important role will be primarily dedicated to supporting investor relations for Real Assets UK`s clients. This includes providing high-quality and timely reports, responding to tenders (RFPs) and other ad hoc customer requests for information.
